He is also an MCSE, Microsoft Certified Trainer MCT, and is certified in SMS, SQL Server, TCP/IP, NT Workstation, NT Server, Exchange Server, Windows 9x and 2000.     Rick James is a well-known international software consultant and seminar trainer. He also is the President of a large company, Brainstorm, Inc., which produces software reference manuals. He also has worked as a liaison for the White House and the Pentagon. Rick James has worked in the computer industry since 1985, when he began his career as a computer science major working for the former WordPerfect Corporation. His interests later turned from software development to business and marketing within the computer industry. In 1995, Rick James founded Brainstorm Inc., a training organization that has trained over 250,000 individuals within both large and small businesses. Our goal is to provide good technical training in laymen's terms. We present complex concepts in ways that all employees can understand.
