Course Abstract
The one-day Internet Technology Overview course provides Information Technology managers and Internet/intranet (application) developers with the basics of the Internet and intranet architecture, the Internet history, the required components for setting up an Internet/intranet site, the required desktop tools, and an overview of some of the emerging Internet/intranet technologies. The course also provides an overview and explanation of the Internet “buzzwords” and provides a thorough introduction to electronic commerce.
