Mentoring
If there is one constant factor in
this business, it is that the technology we utilize
within our organizations continually evolves as new
process are introduced and different concepts and strategies
are integrated into our environments. The inescapable
conclusion is that many times our organizations can
not keep up with the increasing flow of technological
advance and we need assistance. At OnsiteSeminar, we
offer an additional service to our clients to provide
either long-term or very short-term assistance from
a large pool of consultants. We provide two distinct
brands of consulting services:

Standard agreement
for three months, six months or longer for full
application development or system design efforts.
We can provide consultants for Java development,
.NET efforts, OOAD using UML, Unix and many others.

| Mentoring |
Shorter duration consulting
or design needs. These assignments will usually
span short timeframes from several day to several
weeks. They are generally used in conjunction
with a training seminar or to provide knowledge
transfer for one or more strategic individuals.
We can provide mentors for Java development and
design, all .NET efforts, OOAD using UML, Unix
and many others. |
