Course Abstract	In order for organizations to realize the potential benefits of Six Sigma, project team leaders and managers need an understanding of the core concepts to be implemented at their organization. This briefing is designed to provide each manager with a basic understanding of the Six Sigma principles, benefits of its implementation, specific goals of the organization, review of the principles to be presented to each employee and a review of their role and responsibilities.
